Maintenance is crucial to the continued performance of your HVAC System. Each year your system goes without maintenance the efficiency of your system goes down. In essence the 3 ton unit you had put in 5 years ago is probably only performing at about 2 to 2.5 ton if it has not had routine maintenance performed. In some cases lack of maintenance will void some manufacturers warranty.
