Licensed HVAC Journeyman – Installer (Full System Installs)

We're hiring a Licensed HVAC Journeyman who can install complete HVAC systems with little to no supervision. Must be able to handle full change-outs and new installs from start to finish including equipment set, refrigerant piping, electrical, start-up, and commissioning.

Requirements

Must be drug-free
Valid HVAC Journeyman License
3–5+ years install experience
EPA 608 (preferred)
Strong electrical/refrigeration troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license

HVAC Service Technician (Troubleshooting & Repairs)

We're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can run service calls with minimal supervision. Must be strong in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on residential and/or light commercial systems.

Responsibilities include: no-cool/no-heat calls, electrical troubleshooting, refrigerant diagnostics, maintenance, and recommending repairs.

Requirements

Must be drug-free
2–5+ years HVAC service experience
EPA 608 (Universal preferred)
Strong electrical + refrigeration troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license

HVAC Apprentice (Install & Service Helper)

We're hiring an HVAC Apprentice to assist our installation and service teams while learning the trade. This is a hands-on position for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to grow in HVAC.

Duties include: assisting with installs, service calls, maintenance, job site setup/cleanup, running materials, and learning HVAC best practices.

Requirements

Must be drug free
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
Basic hand tool knowledge and strong work ethic
Coachable, punctual, and team-oriented
