Service Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to change.
- We request 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Emergency services are offered during available support windows and may incur additional charges.
- A responsible adult (18+) must be present during service appointments.
Estimates and Pricing
- Written estimates are provided before major work begins.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Additional work discovered during service will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
- Prices are subject to change based on parts availability and market conditions.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless financing arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
- Financing options are available for qualifying customers through our financing partners.
- A deposit may be required for equipment orders and large installations.
Warranties
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranty coverage:
- Labor warranty on all repairs and installations as specified in your service agreement.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment we install.
- Extended warranty options are available on select equipment.
- Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovering the issue.
Limitation of Liability
DuctPros LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Property Access
By scheduling a service appointment, you grant DuctPros LLC permission to access your property and HVAC equipment as necessary to perform the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas.
